Who we are
At DISSFASHION.com (“DISS”), we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers and site visitors, including you. The DISS team members are customers themselves, both of DISS and other Internet sites. We therefore fully appreciate and respect the importance of data privacy and security on the Internet.
We believe you should feel both informed and empowered when it comes to our handling and usage of your information. This notice therefore explains:
· what information we collect when you’re using any DISS website or app, or when you’re communicating with us;
· why we collect that information;
· how we may then use that information;
· how we share that information;
· how long we keep your information, and how we protect it whilst we have it;
· what we won’t do with your information; and
· what choice and options you have to control your information.
So you only need to look in one place to find out all you need to know, this notice covers all DISS websites, apps and services. That includes the DISS.com site, all our international sites, the DISS mobile site, the DISS iOS and Android applications, DISS Marketplace, DISS’ platform technology, and all other DISS websites, apps, developer platforms and other products and services (collectively “DISS” or the “Services”).
Because we’re an online fashion destination, the wording does have to get a little technical at times. But we’ve done our best to try to explain things as clearly as we can. We’re unlikely to have done this perfectly though, so we’re always happy to take any questions, comments or suggestions relating to this notice. Just contact our Customer Careteam if you’d like to discuss this with us.

Cookies are an essential part of how our site works. Some of these cookies are required by our site to enable you to transact whilst other cookies enable us to give you an enhanced, personalised web experience.
By using our site, you also consent to the use of these cookies. Cookies are used on our site for the following reasons:
a) To allow you to securely sign in to your DISS Directory Account, so that you can use “My Account” features such as order information, making payments and viewing statements.
b) To store the content of your online shopping bag whilst you browse the site and to complete an order.
c) To record the areas of the website that you have visited, products you have viewed and time spent browsing, as well as the products you purchased. DISS uses this information to help make the website more user friendly, develop our site design and to continuously improve the quality of the service we provide.
d) To distribute visitors to our site evenly across platforms to ensure the content is served at the fastest possible speed.
We also offer you the facility to share your experience on our site through social sites such as facebook and twitter. By using these features, you are also consenting to allow cookies from these providers. More information about how these providers use cookies can be found at their websites.

Our use of advertisement tracking
We also allow selected third parties who participate with us in marketing programmes to place cookies when you visit our site. These cookies enable us to monitor which adverts you see and click on to get to our site. We currently use DoubleClick: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
These cookies are as safe as the ones used whilst you browse our site and neither of these third parties collects any personal data from which they would be able to identify individual customers.
DISS is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of third parties or other websites.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
