You will be unable to change delivery address once an order has been sent out for delivery. If you would like to change your delivery address before dispatch, please E-mail us at, admin@dissfashion.com. Public holidays are not classified as delivery days.

Standard 3-10 business days, depending on the location of your shipping address.
Orders $129+ and over = Free
Orders under $129 = $12.5
MOBILE TEXT UPDATES:
You will also receive mobile updates on the progress of your delivery. Please enter your mobile number at checkout. On the day of delivery, you will receive a call or text to inform you of the planned time for the delivery.
If you want to change the delivery date, please kindly reply us to confirm the next delivery time.

RETURNS
We will refund/exchange any product that you are not satisfied with if returned in unused condition (unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached) within 30 days of receipt. Customers wishing to refund will be required to return the products to our offices. Refunds will be paid in the same way you paid when you shopped i.e. we will return the cash when you paid cash, where you paid by card, we will also return funds to your card account if you prefer, we can also transfer funds to accounts in place of cash payments. Please allow three working days for refunds to be processed.
